  Roll out of HA e-Payslip to clusters
 

HA e-Payslips were launched as an alternative to hard-copy payslips in March 2008. Besides being more environmentally friendly, their introduction marked a new stage in the modernisation of our HR services, and the realisation of our commitment to enabling staff members to access their own personal data in more flexible and convenient ways. Have you already logged into the system to view yours?

To optimise the benefits of e-Payslips, our Head Office took the lead by discontinuing the printing and distribution of hard-copy payslips in July 2009. The comments received to date have been positive; so they are also being rolled out to clusters gradually, in line with the following schedule:

 
 

The cluster HR/FIN and IT teams have made arrangements to ensure that our colleagues are provided with LAN accounts and computer access in order to view their own payslips by the implementation date. New features (e.g. email function) would also be added to enhance user-friendliness of the system.

Please take a few minutes to log into the Leave Enquiry and e-Payslip System (using your LAN account ID/password) to familiarise yourself with the system and view your payslip. We are counting on your support for our efforts to save trees and to save the planet.
