We've finally made it!" After more than three years of hard work, the Enterprise Resource Planning Human Capital Management (ERP HCM) Project Team has successfully rolled out the new Payroll and HR System.

Replacing the obsolete Human Resources & Payroll System, ERP HCM not only standardises payroll processes, it also paves the way for the modernisation of our HR services and the development of other e-HR initiatives in the future

With more than 59,000 employee payroll accounts and around 200,000 records about employees and their dependants to handle, the new system has been described by Oracle, our system integrator and software provider, as the biggest ERP HR/Payroll project in Asia, in terms of the number of staff involved.

Those of our colleagues who participated in the project regarded it as a golden opportunity for people in different departments and clusters to build closer working relationships. While all the teams demonstrated their uncompromising quest for excellence during the process, their happiness about completing their mission was obvious.
