HA strives to foster open communication
The Staff Letter Box of the Hospital Authority (HA) has been one of the effective communication platforms in the HA. To further encourage a speak-up culture, new functions of the letter box were launched this January to enhance the effectiveness of following up on comments. You may voice your comments or suggestions over institutional operation by selecting different categories on HA Chatbot via your phone or computer. Respective staff will follow up and return to you directly through HA Chatbot. More convenient than ever!
Besides, Human Resources Division had invited nursing and allied health colleagues who joined the HA within five years to complete Focused Staff Survey. Over 8,000 target staff completed the questionnaire and submitted over a thousand constructive comments. The response rate has achieved 85%. Follow-up actions will be carried out to address the concern of respondents based on the survey findings.
