1. Interview arrangements

Professional Diploma in Nursing

• Group discussion and individual interview in Cantonese and English
• About half an hour to one hour

Enrolled Nurse (General) Training Programme

• Individual interview in Cantonese
• About half an hour

2. Compulsory interview questions

• Reasons for joining the nursing industry (can be expressed in the form of sharing a story)
• Medical and current issues (e.g. “How to prevent seasonal flu?”)
• Scenario questions (e.g. “How would you comfort a friend who has just become seriously ill?” to understand the applicant's values and attitude towards others)
