A quick glance at eLC new functions

The Hospital Authority e-Learning Centre (eLC) has recently introduced four new features to further facilitate staff participation in online training, training records review, and approval of training applications. The new features also include sending reminders to staff for completing the assigned learning courses on time. Let’s take a closer look at these new features!

Training transcript at a glance

Login to elc.home through desktop or via the “myLearning” function in myHR App, staff can select “Print Transcript” under “My Profile” to download a PDF file. It is a list of all the trainings they have attended and the completion dates, as well as the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credit points records. Staff can track the requirements for clinical grades in continuous training.

Staff can download transcripts with training records with just one click through eLC.

Reminder for assigned learning course

To ensure the completion of assigned learning courses on time, such as fire safety and infection control, eLC has started sending reminders through HA Chat and email to remind staff to complete the courses before the due date.

Training approval via myHR App

The “myApproval” function under myHR App is now enhanced to facilitate the approval of training applications, besides the current support to approving leave and allowance applications.

Enhanced Zoom training experience

Staff can join Zoom training sessions directly through the eLC platform without entering the Zoom link, meeting ID, or password.
