In line with the digitalisation in Hospital Authority, colleagues of allied health, pharmacy, nursing and supporting staff can apply for training subsidy through the Training Information Management System (TIMS) now in addition to the applications for overseas and local trainings. They are only required to fill out the application forms and upload the course information on the intranet. Once the application is successfully submitted, an email will be sent automatically to the supervisor for online approval. Colleagues can enquire about the preliminary result by logging in the TIMS. Simple and user-friendly for operating, the e-platform is available round the clock, enabling colleagues to apply for continuing education and learning course subsidies at ease.
