Let your dreams be your wings
Everyone has a dream, and those dreams come in many different shapes and sizes. But sometimes the patients dream of are things we take for granted.
In this edition of HASLink, we tell stories about making dreams come true for patients. There is the boy with limited mobility who dreams of flying high above Victoria Harbour, the girl with sarcopenia who dreams of playing violin and becoming a musician, and the autistic teenager who communicates her inner thoughts through her drawings. Their dreams all come true. Thanks to the selfless hospital colleagues and volunteers for their time and efforts – one patient even returns 10 years later to help other youngsters pursue their dreams. We hope these stories can spread love and inspire each of us to help the people in need make their dreams come true.
