eLC supports staff training with new facelift

The e-Learning Centre (eLC) has a fresh new look with interface like streaming platforms, recommending suitable courses for colleagues based on their grade and rank, saving time on searching. Hereafter, colleagues can easily login eLC with Corp ID (e.g. XYZ123) instead of Learner ID. The new look for desktop version and myHR App version will be rolled out in March.

In line with the direction of digital workplace and paperless training administration, a new electronic platform under the Training Information Management System (TIMS) was established by the Human Resources Department to receive colleagues’ applications for overseas and local trainings. By the end of this year, it is expected that colleagues will be able to enroll in-house trainings via this new platform, rather than submitting paper application forms.
