With the registration process simpified, patients and carers can complete registration at home by downloading the ‘HA Go’ App from Apple App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery. Patients will become ‘HA Go’ full members if their personal information and mobile phone number match with HA’s records. Meanwhile, users of ‘iAM Smart’ or ‘eHealth’ of aged 18 or above can activate their ‘HA Go’ account anytime and anywhere without approaching HA hospitals or clinics in-person for identity verification.
