Introduction
The service of the Mobile Cognitive Assessment Clinic commenced in April, 2004. It is a three-year regional pilot project offering community assessment service for over 100,000 elderly persons in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai. Through organization of educational activities, the project also aims to promote publicˇ¦s awareness and concern towards Cognitive Impairment and Neurocognitive Disorder (NCD, known previously as Dementia).
