A Two-day Workshop on “Family Therapy for Depression and Anorexia Nervosa” organised by the Institute of Mental Health of Castle Peak Hospital was successfully held on 2-3 November, 2018. A total of 159 health care professionals participated. It was our honour and pleasure to invite Prof. Joyce MA, a Professor from the Department of Social Work, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Clinical Fellow & Approved Supervisor of American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, to conduct the workshop. Prof. MA introduced depression and anorexia nervosa from the family and systemic perspectives in the workshop. The participants also gained a better understanding of the application of family therapy and multiple family therapy.
