If you browse on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.

The “Two-day Workshop on Positive Psychology for Professionals Happier Self, Happier Others: The Science of Happiness”, which was organised by the Institute of Mental Health of Castle Peak Hospital and had taken place in the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, was successfully held on 25-26 June 2010. The seminar had attracted around 300 professionals to take part in.
We were honoured to have invited Dr. Tal BEN-SHAHAR, Professor from the Harvard University, as our speaker to explain the topic of positive psychology. The scope of content of this two-day seminar mainly included positive psychology, transformation in self and groups, coping with stress, etc.
