The “Art-in-CPH” project was launched in November 2003 by the Art Facilitation and Hospital Archives Subcommittee of the Institute of Mental Health, Castle Peak Hospital. Under the project, various art programmes are organised to help service users develop creativity and talent in art. The project also aims at promoting collaboration between service users, professional staff, carers and the general public in art production to achieve our goal of “Art for All.”
The Hospital Archives Subcommittee serves to enhance public's knowledge of mental illness and the development of psychiatry and reduce their misunderstanding and prejudice by collecting, evacuating, organising and researching on local mental health services archives and history systematically and holding exhibitions.
