New Case Booking:

1. Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic & Traumatology, Paediatric, Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat and Gynaecology clinics
   • Appointments can be made in person or by a third party. For appointment booking, please present the patient's valid identity document, doctor's referral letter and address proof, (e.g.water or electricity bill) to our Appointment Counters. For appointment booking in Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic & Traumatology, Paediatric, Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat and Gynaecology clinics, patients may fax the above documents with contact number to 2667 2073 for arrangement. For appointment booking, please present the patient’s valid identity document, doctor's referral letter and address proof, (e.g.water or electricity bill) to our Appointment Counters. For appointment booking in Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic & Traumatology, Paediatric, Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat and Gynaecology clinics, patients may fax the above documents with contact number to 2667 2073 for arrangement.
   • Patients should present the valid identity document (e.g. HKID Card (original copy) or HK Birth Certificate) for identity verification and fee calculation on every attendance.
   • As the demand for specialist service is increasing, appointment is arranged with reference to the clinical information specified in the submitted referral and the triage guidelines of respective clinics. This helps ensure appropriate treatment is given to patients in need.
   • The effective period for doctor's referral is 3 months.
   • Patients could reschedule for another appointment within one year from the first appointment date or the effective period of the referral. Otherwise, a new referral will be required for rebooking as new case.

2. Psychiatric Clinic -- Child & Adolescent Clinic
   • Appointments can be made in person (parent or carer). The patient's valid identity documents (e.g. HK Birth Certificate and HKID Card), doctor's referral letter and residential address information, must be presented to our clinic for appointment booking.
   • Triage assessment is performed with the patient’s parent or carer who knows the patient well. A triage category is assigned based on the assessment results.
   • As the demand for specialist service is increasing, appointment is arranged with reference to the clinical information specified in the submitted referral and the triage assessment results. This helps ensure appropriate treatment is given to patients in need.
   • The effective period for doctor’s referral is 3 months.
   • If patients do not turn up on the appointment day, actions will be taken according to the different triage categories.
   • Patients should present the valid identity document in original (e.g. HKID Card or HK Birth Certificate) for identity verification and fee calculation on every attendance.

     Monday – Friday :
     9am to 12 noon
     2pm to 3:30pm
     Sat, Sun & Public Holiday : Closed


3. Psychiatric Clinic -- Adult & Psychogeriatric Clinic
   • Appointments can be made in person. The patient’s valid identity document (eg. HKID Card), doctor's referral letter and residential address information, must be presented to our clinic for appointment booking.
   • Triage assessment is performed with the patient and / or relative and / or carer who knows the patient well. A triage category is assigned based on the assessment results.
   • As the demand for specialist service is increasing, appointment is arranged with reference to the clinical information specified in the submitted referral and the triage assessment results. This helps ensure appropriate treatment is given to patients in need.
   • The effective period for doctor’s referral is 3 months.
   • If patients do not turn up on the appointment day, actions will be taken according to the different triage categories.
   • Patients should present the valid identity document in original (e.g. HKID Card) for identity verification and fee calculation on every attendance.
