Scope of Service

Our department provides in-patients, out-patients, day patients and community rehabilitation services for different clinical specialties including Medical; Orthopaedic & Traumatology; Surgical; Paediatrics; Child & Adolescent Psychiatry; Work Rehabilitation; Substance Abuse Clinic and Accident & Emergency.

Referral Procedures

1. Obtain a referral letter from a registered doctor in Hospital Authority or the Department of Health.
2. The referral is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
3. Bring the referral letter and the patient’s identification document (e.g. Hong Kong ID card) to the Occupational Therapy Department for registration and appointment booking.
