Collection of patient views for continuous service improvement

In order to better understand patient needs for shaping service directions and formulating improvement measures, the Hospital Authority has commissioned the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of The Chinese University of Hong Kong to conduct a patient survey (through telephone interview) in the third and fourth quarter of 2016. The Survey would enable the Hospital Authority to better understand patients' experience at Accident & Emergency Department (AED) in public hospitals, their needs and expectations for the purposes of quality and service improvement. Individual telephone interview would be conducted within 3 weeks after patient's attendance on a random sampling basis.

  • Environment & Facilities
  • Hospital Staff
  • Patient Care & Treatment
  • Information on Leaving AED
  • Overall Impression
