New Case Appointment Booking
Appointments can be made in person at Psychiatric Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
Documents required:
- A valid identity document (e.g. HK Birth Certificate and HKID Card)
- Referral letter from a local registered medical practitioner issued in the last three months
- Residential address information (issued in the last 6 months)
The appointment will be given by nurse according to Triage Guideline in general. The triage assessment form and referral letter will be screened by concerned specialist.
