Case Conference
Case conference is held by our Rehabilitation Consultant and it will be held regularly since patient being admitted to our Centre. All the disciplines will be seated in together with patient and his / her relative, we will discuss the patient's physical condition, their rehabilitation progress, goals and discharge planning. This is also a chance for patients and their relatives to raise out their problems or clarify any misunderstanding.
