In line with the Hospital Authority’s vision of creating seamless health care, and in pursuit of the mission of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs) in respect of medical services “to heal the sick and relieve the distressed”,
A. We will endeavour to further develop Kwong Wah Hospital (KWH) as a major acute hospital with its own characteristics in the Hong Kong health care system, to provide a comprehensive range of multi-specialty services of the highest possible standard, effectively and efficiently within available resources.
B. We will maintain the Tung Wah spirit and tradition in providing patient-centred, quality services to the community, and continue to collaborate with TWGHs to develop health care services consistent with its mission and strategy.
C. We will provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
D. We will provide a challenging, rewarding, harmonious and warm working environment with good training and career development opportunities.
E. We will collaborate with the community and other health care providers in achieving a seamless health care system for the maximal health benefit of the community.
