We care we share

O n the road to recovery, both patients and their healthcare professionals face enormous psychological pressure. In order to establish a sharing, caring culture, healthcare professionals at PMH actively promoted its "Care We Share" campaign, having organised various bonding activities including communication workshops, staff sharing sessions, video shooting, as well as birthday parties for patients, a joint patient-staff organic farm visit, etc. These activities provided a platform for staff to share experience and build up a positive workplace atmosphere. This culture of love and care also extends into healthcare services, touching the hearts of many patients.

The campaign has started since October 2010. Recently, the campaign committee held a reunion gathering, inviting representatives of chronic disease patient groups to share their feelings and appreciation to our colleagues. Some patients already treated our colleagues as friends and even joked that they would consult the doctor before deciding whether to get married!
