Linking Policy

The Hospital Authority (HA) allows you to link to Hospital Authority Corporate Website www.ha.org.hk (HACW), provided that all the following conditions are fulfilled:
The link and the website on which the link appears must be for non-commercial purpose. For example, the link and the website on which the link appears must not be for sale or for advertising, offering, promoting or soliciting any business, trade, goods and/or services for benefit, gain, profit or reward.

You may link only to the homepage of HACW, i.e. www.ha.org.hk, but not to any sub-pages or any texts, graphics, videos, audio clips, drawings, diagrams, photographs, compilation of data, or any other materials on HACW.

No framing is permitted.

The link must not suggest, indicate, represent or create confusion (or a likelihood thereof) as to any form of association, approval or endorsement on the part of HA.
The link must not appear on or be connected with any website which contains or links to any material which is libellous, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, obscene, or is in any way in breach of the laws of Hong Kong SAR or infringes any intellectual property rights, or is otherwise considered by the HA in its sole discretion to be undesirable or contrary to the HA's policies.

This permission to link does not extend to any materials on the linked websites or any contents on HACW where the copyright or intellectual property of which belongs to a third party.

HA may in its sole discretion require the removal of any link to HACW at any time for breach of this Linking Policy or otherwise.

HA is not responsible for the set-up of any link to HACW or for the contents of any website on which such links appear. This permission to link does not constitute any form of association, approval or endorsement on the part of HA. HA disclaims any liability arising from any use of any link to HACW whether in accordance with this Linking Policy or otherwise.

This Linking Policy has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
