Objectives

•  To promote the general public's awareness towards Cognitive Impairment and Dementia

•  To enhance early detection of Cognitive Impairment and Dementia

•  To provide cognitive assessment and corresponding advice or intervention aiming at maintaining or improving cognitive function and functional independence

•  To enhance evidence-based practice in psychogeriatric service

Target Clients

The target clients of Mobile Cognitive Assessment Clinic include:

•  Aged 65 years or above

•  Living in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long or Tin Shui Wai

•  Non-institutionalized elderly
