Objectives:
To strengthen NTEC's patient supportive services by providing rehab products selling services and provide convenience to NTEC's patients for the purchase of necessary rehab products.
Service Target:
- Patients with valid appointment / admission / discharge slip or other relevant documents issued by Hospital Authority New Territories East Cluster Hospitals or Clinics can be registered and shopping at Rehab Shop.
- NTEC staff with valid staff identity card

- Food Supplement Products
- Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences Products
- Respiratory Products
- Stoma Care Products

- Occupational Therapy Products
- Speech Therapy Products
- Urology Products
- Walking aids and wheelchairs (Patients with valid ¡§Walking Aids and Wheelchair Purchase Referral Form¡¨ issued by Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy in Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital or Tai Po Hospital can purchase in our Rehab Shop.)
Remarks:
- Rehab Shop is a non-profit making rehabilitation products selling services. It is not guaranteed that the price of the products is the lowest in the market.
- All Rehab Shop products are sold at fixed price and must be paid by cash or octopus only.
- Products are recommended by professional staff according to the needs of patients.
- Type and price of products may be changed or out of stock without prior notice.
- Some products may have a quota system to ensure stable supply.
